Took my car in for an estimate for insurance had to wait for them to look at it then they said until insurance got a hold of them, difficult to get updates from the shop even had the clerk get upset about not not knowing they computer system, about half a month later i find out they were running up fees for storage. Ended up being thousands to get the car out and they totaled the car never saw it again. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Years ago I was in a large wreck and Canyon Drive did an exceptional job so I made sure to give them my business this time. My son got in a very minor wreck and his front bumper was clipped. It tore off the right side so they needed to replace the entire part. The door to the shop said we needed an estimate which is typical. We get an estimate, they order parts, when it’s ready I take the car in to minimize the time. At the front desk I told the lady I needed to get an estimate and the guy behind her, I believe his name is Phillip cut us off and said something to the effect of “what you need to do is leave your car here if your just running around town getting a bunch of estimates we don’t have time for that.” His tone was annoyed, angry, and. We clearly hit some sort of soft spot by asking for an estimate. I was taken aback trying to figure out what we did but managed to explain we were following what I was told to do on the phone and what the door said. He replied “oh well we are on the same page then.” We left the car, that day which I thought was very weird since they hadn’t ordered parts and I’m sure there were vehicles scheduled before. Again, this was pretty minor damage

Love this place!! Always willing to go above and beyond to make their customers happy. They do an amazing job any time I take my vehicle in.

I am pleased with my vehicle. It took longer than I wanted but that was due to parts and the other persons insurance. Phillip was upfront and honest. Had a couple of kinks when I first picked up my truck but they jumped on it and got it resolved. I would use them again. Hopefully I won't have to. Thank you !!!

Did an awesome job on my daughter’s car. Everyone that assisted us in getting her new engine put in, new bumper cover and then assisting us after she locked her keys in the car after hours (Thank you, Phillip G!) was courteous & professional. Many helped us along the way and we were super impressed.
